Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Please review our cancellation policy below. Cancellation Period: For cancellations made 6 hours or more in advance of the scheduled session, there will be no charge and a full refund will be provided. However, for cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance of the scheduled session, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the service. This policy helps us compensate for the time and resources allocated to your appointment that could have been utilized for other customers. Cancellation Procedure: You may cancel your booking through our online platform by logging into your account and following the cancellation process. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for the scheduled session without prior notice or cancellation, no refund will be provided. Additional charges may apply if you wish to reschedule your booking after a no-show. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the session. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives or a full refund.
